My name is Scott Morrow and I’m the Democratic Nominee for U.S. Senate. If there’s one thing I’d like you to know about me, it’s that I’ve spent my life fighting for workers, and now I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and fight for a better Wyoming. I know you’re just as tired as I am of being ignored by John Barrasso and the same old slick politicians in Washington who pay us lip service and use their office to push their own agendas. That’s not me. I’m running to take Wyoming’s values to Washington- the values of living our lives with freedom from government interference and true equality for every citizen.
My vision for the future of Wyoming and the nation couldn’t be more different than my opponent’s.
- I am focused on banning hunger, John Barrasso wants to ban books.
- I want everyone to have access to quality healthcare. John Barrasso has voted numerous times to repeal the Affordable Care Act (PPACA also known as Obama Care).
- I want my fellow retirees to be able to afford their life saving medication. John Barrasso has voted against lowering drug prices 100% of the time.
- I fully support women’s access to reproductive healthcare. John Barrasso has voted not only against codifying the rights women lost in the Dobbs decision, but against protecting access to birth control and IVF.
- I support equality for ALL in the Equality State, John Barrasso has voted numerous times against the Equal Rights Amendment and the Violence Against Women Act.
Challenging John Barrasso won’t be easy. He’s running for his fourth term with over $8 million in his campaign coffers, mostly from out-of-state oil, gas, coal, and pharmaceutical monopolies.Unlike Barrasso, I won’t accept corporate donations- I refuse to be beholden to those interests. I want to run an effective campaign, but the $20,000 in my campaign fund just isn’t enough to give me a fighting chance. Can you help?
